17. Here's the ketchup. It will be McCain. 100% guarantee!
I guarantee you it will be John McCain.

He sold his soul (and sold out his friend Kerry) to Dubya to get the GOP endorsement in '08.

Jeb said last October that he will not run:
http://www.politicalgateway.com/news/read.html?id=3122

Last Sunday, Condi said on three of the Poli shows that she would not run.

Cheney has said since day one he would not run.

It will be McCain running in '08... relatively unopposed too, I assure you!

18. Nah, they fed McCain a line of bull so that he'd sell out for this electio
But just like the BFEE,they will kick his ass to the curb come 2008. Jeb being a PNAC signatory and all he has to carry on the legacy. I just don't see McCain having a chance. If he does run, they will focus the smear weapons on him and destroy him like they did in 2000. Mark my words, McCain doesn't even make it out of the gates.

22. Can you take a Bush at his word?
"Jeb said last October that he will not run:"

That means he will run! The entire Bush Klan are two-faced liars!

Seriously speaking though, I'm thinking Jebba's running in 2012 or later, when he looks experienced enough to fool the publik!

If his health is up to it, McCain wins easily.

Just a guess for VP -- Kay Bailey Hutchison

Edited on Wed Mar-16-05 10:38 PM by Adenoid_Hynkel
rudy would probably start getting anti-choice real quick

if not, they'll excuse it. republicanism is there religion first-psuedo-christianity comes 2nd

rudy is maybe the only person on earth who could be worse than dumbya on foriegn policy

the conventional wisdom says mccain, but thereis too much bad blood between him and the bushes. they'll want a successor who kisses their ass

unless jeb and condi change their minds, i think it'll be rudy. the rw propaganda machine will tell them to excuse him for anything and everything, like it did for o'reilly, limbaugh, bennett, arnold, gingrich, ollie, etc

16. I would roll on the floor laughing if there wasn't so much truth to it.
I think the bigger question is are we going to oppose whom ever they nominate with a Democrat, or a repub hiding in the Democratic Party?

If we are honnest & true, it doesn't matter who they nominate. But if the Democratic Party continues to lick the boots of the pukes, then it doesn't matter who wins, because the American people won't.

11. Yup - they will gut all social systems and then run Gugliani. It isn't
as though the freepers will have any choice. And Gugliani likely should not mention to whole 9/11 thing... as it will be a big scab that people will not want touched by a Repuke.

People hated him as he was leaving office... until 9/11 happened. They hated his arrogance and 'efficiency' and 'family values'. I have a feeling they can be reminded.

12. Frist or Allen.
Governors - other then Jeb and Mitt being mentioned, who else?

No way Arnold - not enough time and the Senate is certainly not going to go along with amending the Constitution.

Would they nominate Hagel? Is he pure enough for the RW? I know McCain isn't but would they go for Hagel. I hope not.

24. I may be wrong but I just don't take him seriously as a candidate.
Does anyone know how your "normal" Republican primary voter feels about him? I just wouldn't think they would like him all that much. I know he intends to run.

Maybe even Man on Dog himself.

I don't think Jeb will run for several reasons. Not yet anyways.

I've heard he wants to get out and make some $$$ and that the pukes may realize that it's unlikely to get 3 terms out of the same family.

That said, he'll probably run in '12 or '16.
