Why would people ever say "Social Security won't be around for me?" Are their leaders telling them that? I heard it from a Republican just a few days ago. I would love to hear a Republican leader say that. I dare any Republican leader to say that Social Security won't be around for someone.
I'm not talking about the "draw your own conclusions" type of misleading bull that Bush spews. The Repubs ought to just pull off the gloves and say what they really mean. They are clearly telling us they think of Social Security as just a form of welfare, and they want people to think it won't be there for them.
Republicans ... the party for undermining Social Security. They should just admit it.
3. I used to say that back when the Repugs tried to get rid of it
the first time, but here I am collecting it, so keep up the good fight and don't let them win this one. Unless you are among the 2% of the wealthiest in America, you will be grateful to have it when you retire.
