Needs the tap they get holy water from fixed because it won't flow. And my personal beliefs are that religion is a bad thing and I refuse to fix the tap, what would you think of me?

1. That you might have a future as a pharmacist or a Michigan doc |
|
because you hold the apparently requisite and forgivable bigotry to do the job.

Seriously, without advocating necessarily either way, when you mention your "personal beliefs" are you not also talking 'religion' of a sort? Or is this splitting hairs?

If you believe that, it's god's will at work. The church would have to convert to the Truth in order to get water. If they refuse, send tracts telling them of the errors of thier ways. They are sinners and must be put on the right path.

You and your co-worker are in a humongous ditch that collapses. You jump clear, co-worker is trapped. You're the only one that can reach him, but it goes against your beliefs to actually dig in the mud. Some posters would see nothing wrong with letting the co-worker die.
