Who still has a Kerry sticker on their car?
I finally broke down and took min eoff yesterday when I was washing the car.... but I see a lot of them on the road still. Just curious how many people have left them on and when you intend to take them off.

15. Replaced mine
Pre-election I had a Kerry sticker from the primaries.
Later I added a No-W sticker and soon after a Kerry-Edwards sticker in another spot

Post election I removed the original Kerry sticker and kept the other pair as having stickers on two parts of the car then appeared to be too much.

Last week I took down the Kerry-Edwards sticker and up up a Kerry 2008 sticker, keeping the No-W sticker for now.

17. The sticker is still there . . .
but I took down my Kerry yard sign only last week. I was the last person in my neighborhood to do so. Not because I support Kerry any further (I'm for Clark) but I wanted everyone to know that I do not support W.

My DU sticker is between my Amnesty International sticker and the Kerry sticker.

18. K/E sticker
Two, one on front bumper, one in rear window above HMSL, along with a sticker "Not rich enough for a tax break." Used to
have an inverted flag, but red faded to pale pink :-( The
earlier upright flag gave the neanderthals second thoughts;
that is, if they're capable of thought...libruls WILL prevail!

24. I didnt go for them either
Now I have a Kerry/Edwards, a blue Bring the Troops Home ribbon, and a 'Get Your Religion Out of My Government' one. I had a 'When the Rapture Comes Can I Have Your Car' sticker, but this guy followed me into a bookstore and asked for my name and number so he could give me his car after he was raptured. I laughed and started to ask him how he was going to call, but he was so serious that I didn't think I should. He freaked me out in a million different ways, so I took it off.

I LOVE seeing other Kerry/Edwards stickers. I know I'm not alone, I've got brothers and sisters. :)

I have my Kerry/Edwards sticker, a sticker that reads:

It is not morally wrong, an afront to God nor a threat to Homeland Security to question the dangerous policies of George W. Bush.

I have my Interfaith Alliance and my Amnesty International stickers.

I always tape everything to the inside of my back window so I can change them when they start fading and to keep people from peeling them off.

29. Took mine off before the election after repeated vandalism
I have been keyed a few times. One day after class I returned to find my grill and headlight smashed, another time my driver side door had a huge dent in it and a part broken off, and another time I returned to find a tail light damaged.

Maybe it was all just a coincidence, but I haven't had anything new happen since then (aside from last week when I came outside to find that someone had backed into my car and then apparently drove off).

Like I said, it could have been a coincidence, because I usually have pretty lously luck, but I didn't want to take any chances.

31. dude, that sucks.
i live in a really republican area called Upper Arlington... a small group got together and made up "UA for Kerry" stickers and yardsigns. (you'd be suprised how many started popping up in this red community.. it was pretty cool)

anyway, there were so many reports of vandalism to UA for Kerry cars before the election, it just made me sick. people living in $500,000 homes kicking cars because of their beleifs... shameless.

sorry about your car, too.

Ripped it off in a fit of rage a few days after the election. My husband wanted to rip it off as soon as he conceded, but I told him to wait... then ended up doing it myself.

I see more old Clark stickers than old Kerry stickers around here. There were some hold outs with the Kerry stickers, but most seemed to be gone by Christmas around here.

I liked it because I found it to be a suttle way of saying that I don't support the chimpmonger. Now I have nothing on the car that I drive currently but I'm thinking about the one that says "Support our troops, bring them home now". Or, as a West Wing junkie I've kinda always wanted the one that says "Don't blame me I voted for Bartlett".
