1) Caller says to file charges against all Democrats who've taken a trip. Rush says that may be a "strategery" (he uses that word 2-3 times at this point.

2) Rush tries to imply Sen. Leahey is a hypocrite by playing a soundbite of the Sen. saying he owns a lot of guns. Rush calls him Sen. Depends...Sen. Leaky Leahey

3) Caller says that Democrats were so worried about counting all of the votes in 2000 and 2004 and now they have a chance to count all of the votes (referring to the judicial nominees) and won't do it.
