U.S. President George W. Bush, center left, reaches in to the crowd for his Secret Service Agent who was blocked from entering the Estacion Mapocho Cultural Center for the APEC Summit dinner, Saturday, Nov. 20, 2004, in Santiago, Chile.



This happened on November 20, 2004. If you look at the pic, to the left you see some bald headed guy. Is that Gannon?:-)

Snaking his arm through the crowd so he could rub the bald dude's head.

Bush has a 'Thing' for bald-headed men (and holding hands with his special 'friends.'
