So the Bush administration’s Department of Justice enlisted its taxpayer-funded lawyers to petition a Republican U.S. Appeals Court to suppress Sibel Edmonds’ criminal evidence allegations--linked to a 3,000 death mass murder--in the name of "state secrets."

5. here's what I don't understand

This is important information....and 9/11 commissioners and several congressmen have it as well from the time before Sibel was gagged. Someone needs to step forward, regardless of the indefinite gag order, and expose the truth of the situation. Those who know must either not get sleep at night, must be sociopaths, or must have horse-traded the knowledge for political capital. Or all three.

7. She needs to violate that gag order before she's permenantly dealt with.

I wouldn't put it past this administration to somehow deal with her- and I don't necessarily mean offing her. I'm sure she has family, friends and whatnot.

Why do I believe she may be in danger? Because if what she's saying is correct, there were- are- some in this administration to whom killing off more than 3000 Americans citizens is merely a 'cost of doing business'.

She needs to at least prepare a recorded statement containing everything she knows, make several copies of it, and put them all (with the requisite proofs) in safe places seperated by distance and lots of red tape- preferably offshore, in a secrecy-friendly nation.
