The Wiesbaden, Germany-based soldier accused of groping children in Army and Air Force Exchange Service stores faces five counts of indecent acts as investigators decide whether to add more charges, according to a spokesman for the 1st Armored Division.

Pfc. Nathan Lilly, 22, of the 141st Signal Battalion, was charged for incidents stemming in December and January in Mainz-Kastel and Wiesbaden, said the spokesman, Maj. Mike Indovina.

The 1st Armored Division announced the charges last week but did not provide any details of the case, including how many counts of indecent acts Lilly faced.

Indovina said military prosecutors had not provided information on the children’s ages, which stores the incidents occurred in or what Lilly is accused of doing with the children. Prosecutors referred questions to Indovina.
