NEED INFO on calling cards to our troops.

I am going to ask our Christian church members to donate calling cards to our troops in Iraq/Afghanistan. Need the following info:

1) what kind of calling cards? Pre-paid of course, but are there some technical requirements that make some of them useful and others useless?

2) where do I send them so that they get to Privates and non-coms and preferably don't get sold by some SOB in uniform for profit?
