Who is Arthur Finkelstein?

I mean, I know a little about him from the papers, but what does he REALLY look like? All I've been able to find is this unremarkable photo from here:

That's what got me thinking about it again. He is SO covert, sort of the Howard Hughes of smear campaigns. I would like to see him in person. Slap the taste out of his mouth.
