What is it with these fools? I remember when Bob Barr was representing the good people of Georgia and he took it upon himself to see to it that every county in the United States had at least one structure named after Reagan. After he was shit-canned by his constituents, I had hoped that miserable idea would wither and die. Apparently not. I received a call last night from a woman identifying herself as a member of the "Reagan Foundation". She inquired if I was prepared to support a movement to rename a government center building in Fairfax County, VA (where I live) after Reagan. I politely replied that I had already named my male apendage the Ronald Wilson Reagan Memorial Penis, so she could scratch Fairfax off of her "to-do" list. (I had sent the same message to Barr several years ago, but I must admit, it was more satisfying to say it directly to one of the idolators.) After a moment of stunned silence, followed by a few seconds of apoplectic yammering, she hung up. I must be a bad person because damn, that was fun!
