Nothing in the last 24 hours. I agree with you it should be front page everywhere. It shows you how tight a grip the WH** has on the media.

3. The WashPost ombudsman on today's editorial page
Edited on Sun May-15-05 07:49 AM by LiberalEsto
devoted his entire column to the Post's lack of coverage on this memo. Apparently they got a lot of angry calls and emails about their lack of coverage.

8. Send it to everyone you know!
We have to start doing pamphlets. Print up a hundred copies of a piece of paper that says Why isn't our media covering this? and then just give the link to downingstreetmemo.com.

Hand them out, put them on people's cars, or just leave a stack of them somewhere.

I'm going to.

11. Crikey!
"it was a story that, in the best of all worlds, would have been in the paper, but we were tied up with election coverage."

12. More crikey!
It is a reminder of how powerfully the circumstances leading up to this war still reverberate within a sizable chunk of the population and why the press should not let go of any loose ends that may shed light on how this happened.

9.  maybe if someone had got a BJ....

It would be covered heavily by our media. At the very least congress would jump into action and start impeachment hearings.

Alas all monkey boy did was distort the facts to start a war that will change the future of the human race, while distracting the American public ( so he could steal another election ) from domestic issues like...
the exporting of all of our manufacturing jobs,
the destruction of the environment,
under education of our children,
homelessness on the rise,
a minimum wage that is 7 years without a change,

you know MINOR non BJ offenses.

/sarcasm off

10. So, this is how if feels to live in a lawless land
The junta is above the law, and calling the media lapdogs is an understatement.

Hello, America?

Your president is a serial liar
a war criminal, and
If I recall correctly the definition in the Patriot Act, he's also a terrorist.

Pravda just blathers on. Meanwhile, it sounds like Central Asia is getting ready to unravel, and our helpful military outpost Israel is going to start another round of war to take our minds off our troubles. (Possilby, without being asked! Dick! Dick! Calling Dick Cheney!)
