I hate to sound like a non believer, but I don't trust the Dems or the Pubs! They both are selfcentered, egotistic fools! I watched each of the hearings on these nominees, but I'd like to be able to read the ruleings myself.

I'm not nearly as concerned about somebody's speeches as I am about their rulings.

1. One of your points is very important!
In elections I've participated in, when it came to municipal judges up for a vote, I couldn't find any information about them, beyond a newspaper snippet here and there, or perhaps a listing at some legal site that, overall, was uninformative as to any rulings they may have made.

I always felt I didn't have enough information for a vote.

2. Try the People for the American Way site.
They prepared a letter that discusses the problems with each judge and gives some examples from their decisions.

4. I'm reading this one. So far, I've said WOW several times and
I've only read page 1 of 22!

Can you tell me honestly if this site has a party bias?

If what I've read so far is really true, I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in the Dem Senators! For God sake, I'm not an attorney, and I've not been trained to persuade opinions! They have!!! Every attorney is taught to do that! I as an accountant for goodness sake could have shown proof of Owens sinsistently siding with Enron, Halliburton, etc, and convinced 3.4 of the American people to tell their Sen to vote against her!!!!

5. From what I've read, Shrub nominating her to the 5th circuit isn't bad.
It's one of the two most conservative circuit wourts in the country, and has been overturned several times by the SCOTUS. If she gets confirmed, it seems like it's not going to make anything any worse than it already is.
