Isn't that really what this is all about? I mean, aren't there enough DINO's in the Senate that they could not find a Judicial Nominee that 6 Dems could support?

Makes me think that this is not about judges, or "upordown", or fairness, or even payback. The Repukes are doing this for one reason and one reason only.

To be Surrender Monkeys to the Executive Branch. It's all about diminishing the Senate, and increasing the power of the Executive.

Although it's interesting to note that the Executive asked Frist to hold this off till after the Bolten hearings, and he refused. I think this issue has a life of it's own right now, and Frist wants to be president one day soon.

that the Dems offered to deal with other nominations that were not objected to and Frist said no. That shows me what this is all about.
