Watch out for a tragic cardiac episode sometime before next summer when a desperate Rove and GOP machine sacrifices Cheney so he can be replaced with a more viral VP to be able to keep up with Dean or Clark (hopefully both and hopefully Dean-Clark, but I would accept Clark-Dean too) on the campaign trail.

1. Bet he'd ask Guliani (sp?)
to try to keep that 9*11 ball rolling.

2. You hit the nail on the head.
No way Cheney stays on the ticket. The rPigs are in trouble. They need 9/11 to be their issue. Or another terror attack / war.

6. George won't allow Rudy.
George's 9/11 performance looks as cowardly as it was next to Rudy's.

There's no way he's giving that man a chance to be President.

Also, Rudy is a cancer survivor who hasn't passed the five year mark.

(Which could be a plus from George's point of view, of course.)

4. Rove needs to get Cheney
out of there in some way shape or form. But with a bad ticker his exit from office would be easy to explain.

5. Did you really mean "more VIRAL?"
Just asking...it's a funny image. Hard to be more viral than Crashcart, though. He's about as toxic as they come. A new veep might be more vital, maybe.

7. I think that was meant to be "virile",
but "vital" works too.

And No, Rove et al are NOT above anything. In fact, October 2004 will bring about so many "surprises" next year, their will be heads spinning across the globe.

October Surprise 2004 Fall Schedule - Tentative Lineup Depends on poll numbers

Anthrax mailer - caught
OBL - caught/???? - may be held over for 2005 and beyond
Saddam - caught/???? - may be held over for 2005 and beyond
