Oy! Larry King's BIG story for Monday night is...
Camilla Parker-Bowles. Her 58th birthday is coming up. King will cover any old crap to avoid negative stories about Repukes.

1. The Title Of The Show Refers To Larry's Current Status
It could change to Larry King Comatose at any moment.

At least it's not another charlatan thumping their bible on a "news channel" for an hour or revival of a worthless television series.

It's sad since at one time I studied this man...he was a great interviewer (if anyone remembers his radio only shows in the late 70's and early 80's).

He sold out, pure and simple.

Cleveland...hello...

3. He loves stories about the royals.
Whenever somebody's birthday comes up, or on the anniversary of a major royal event, he brings in a panel of royal experts.

4. Does Larry King ever interview actual newsmakers?
It seems that he does an awful lot of celebrity interviews. It is rare for him to do "hard hitting" news stories.

7. yes, but rarely
He's pretty smart and knows a lot about politics. But he's either gotten really lazy, or CNN just want's him to stick to celebs.

8. There was a time
over a decade ago when he was pretty good. He would have opposing sides on for a decent debate. Those days are over, either things are too hot for him now or CNN doesn't want to give the dems any more time than the little they do. Some truth might hurt the corporate bottom line.

11. I just love some of the stories Larry "breaks"
BARBARA EDEN BREAKS HER SILENCE ON HER SON'S DEATH!!!
Who knew?

Then there was one where Dick Clark came on and announced to the world that he was (gasp!) DIABETIC!!!

And he always seems to break these stories when there's a huge national crisis of a story begging to be covered.
