1. Apparently the back-up guy. From what I understand. Regardless,
they were all in on it.

Probably at one of their little pow-wows like the one where they made either Richard Clarke or John O'Neil (someone help me here) go out for cheeseburgers.

5. I think it's the other way round...
Libby was the primary if it wasn't Wurmser. Rove's role was incidental. I've laid it out here.
