Is Wilson overexposing himself?
Just asking. Sometimes you have to let the news take its course. Wilson could become the issue if he goes on too many shows. Anyone agree?

And his family.

What do you think?

3. No, not at all
He's doing what we all yell for the media to do - keeping it alive.

And speaking of Wilson, is there anyone else think there's a real Atticus Finch-y thing about him?

4. No, I disagree.
Joe Wilson is a very articulate man and makes his case very smoothly and convincingly. He has not been over-exposed. He has been on a lot of the cable shows, but not on the major news networks, which is where most Americans get their news, not from CNN, MSNBC, etc.

5. Doesn't matter
There is no way the Repubs can excuse this behavior.

The words "Treason" and "Traitors" are already being bandied about.

6. It's self-preservation, IMO
The more he gets out there in public and people can see for themselves that he is not a loon, it makes it harder for the mediawhores to make up things about him.

Also, if something does happen to him, his wife or kids, he has already laid the trail.

7. They're trying to smear him - call him a liar - he has to prove his
honesty and credibility. To me, nothing cements it like seeing it and hearing it from the horse's mouth.

8. Nope
He's doing it just enough. If he wasn't this story would be dead already. We can't let the pressure drop on Bush, not when we have something that can undoe him.

9. That is exactly what he has done.
The story started back in July.

He has been 'going with the flow'.

It has taken months - but the 'over exposure' has to do with the media feeding frenzy, more than him pushing himself.

15. The story almost died during the Congressional break.
Wilson has been tweaking it perfectly. Now it won't die until at least 2 people go down.

11. He decided to
blitz all day instead of drip drip drip. We shall see if it pays off, or develops "legs."

A calculated risk to some degree if no one picks up on it and continues to hammer at it. Must have had PR pros setting up the interviews all on one day. Wonder if it was donated or hired by him.

That takes thought and organization.

Wonder if a group ala Klayman's (sp? during Clinton is going to back him and keep this on the front burner if the press wimps out.

12. No, plus I agree that this is helping keep him alive
He has to protect his family and expose those traitors in the bu$h regime who would out an undercover agent for revenge. Glad this story is hot. Wilson I'm sure is also paying back the regime too. He spoke out against them, they retaliated by outing his wife, now he gets to strike back.

13. No, he does great
He's really calmed down and has his points together. Saw him earlier and he was very good. His wife can't put her face out there, it could compromise even more people. There's nobody else to tell the story except Wilson.

14. Anyone will tell you
that when something like this happens the best thing to do is to be over-exposed. there is no such thing as bad publicity and look what happened to the last guy who went up against his government, David Kelly.

Wilson 24/7. Pardon me, but the question sounded like it came from a defeatist elitist. I hope your not one, we don't need any more of them on "our side".

18. No...
there is no overexposure...

this crime was withering - it was going nowhere - it needed this precise push - if the cabals' cable owners decided to start talking about it as old as it is, then it's time to move. Not everyone has cable - this news has to compete with local news on the networks - C-Span is perfect, PBS because you get to say more than Boo!

What is needed now is to resurrect the news, if true, that people who were exposed in this 'political revelation' were killed. Because those who are being interviewed completely skip over the part about the ripple deaths and cost to our pocket for interrupted investigations that she was involved in. Her death is a real possibility. Either there is a CIA rule/policy or there isn't.

But, we all know, that if anyone is going to abuse it 'big time' it will be the vile cabal.

See how they work together as an army.

Novack - is finally going to zip the lip.

19. A freeper from Alabama told Am Wilson on C-span this morning
that he "didn't look honest"! He proceeded to graciously tell her and anyone else who was listening about all the things that have come out that have proven he was being forthright.

This limbaugh listener ..also brought up Clinton about 3 times...

21. This story has been somewhat under wraps for six weeks
Time for it's coming out.

This outing of a CIA agent is serious business and need an explanation. Wilson is not overeaposing himself.

24. His wife could get murdered.
That's a little hysterical, but Novak (and leaker) did a MAJOR disservice to Wilson and his wife. Wilson looks *extremely* good for not ranting and trying to choke the life out of Bob Novak. For what his wife is going through, Wilson is handling himself excellently. I think it's good for that to be on television.

I hope he does become the story, as the wronged husband whose wife is now in danger because of the petty WH, and there's also this...
The whole point of Novak outing his wife was that she somehow got the job for him--but watching C-Span this morning I realized that that too was a flat out lie. Wilson has extensive experience with both Niger AND Iraq, he was a natural choice.

So his being everywhere further refutes Novak's original story and the major mistakes and miscalculations made by Novak, etc.

Besides, Wilson is an engaging, charming fellow. No wonder he was ambassador to all these places. He seems like a delightful man who is being VERY fair and VERY gracious in light of the situation.

I don't think he could over-expose himself. He gives this story a kind and patriotic face.
