Don't miss Frank Rich's column in today's NY Times.
Edited on Sun Aug-14-05 08:04 AM by Cyrano
It's today's lead story on buzzflash.com.

The main thrust of the story is that Bush and his fellow thugs are the only people who don't yet know that the war in Iraq is a lost cause. Our troops and Iraqis are still dying, but it's over because there's an election next year and many Republicans are starting to panic.

The greatest line in the piece is: "Only someone as adrift from reality as Mr. Bush would need to be told that a vacationing president can't win a standoff with a grief-stricken parent commandeering TV cameras and the blogosphere 24/7."

1. It's heartwarming to see that we ARE making a difference
in beginning to bring an end to Mr. Bush's pathetic policies.
