Wilson NOT backing down
Edited on Mon Sep-29-03 07:17 PM by Scairp
On CNN, he still says that six journalists/news organizations called him and said that the WH was pushing this story and that Rove one of those behind the leak. Says that Novak knew that his wife was an operative, not analyst. Didn't come out and call Novak a liar, but clearly that's what he meant. Says Novak told him it was "senior WH officals" who leaked the story. To their credit and despite the fact that Novak works for them, CNN has been all over this story. Maybe they're not so bad after all.:)

Klein said they wouldn't HAVE TO
IF whoever did it came forward and resigned. A bit different than no prosecutor.

8. Who else knew about it? Why was the traitor protected by the WH
up until now? Was the traitor acting under orders from a superior? Why no internal investigation? Why no resignations in JULY when this began?

No, we're going to need a full investigation. Sorry, Mr. Joe "Anonymous" Klein, you cowardly creep.

Edited on Mon Sep-29-03 07:22 PM by diplomats
Doesn't that strike anyone else as backward? What was Klein's rationale?

On edit: Never mind! I saw blm's post.

4. These are very serious allegations
and I doubt if Wilson or the CIA would make them unless they had solid evidence.

Six different folks calling a guy to let him know the scuttlebutt about his wife is a lot of people. He must have a lot of friends in the media? It will be interesting to see whose side they take now that the shit has hit the fan.

9. Mrs Wilson was a CIA agent and only....
the CIA, high officials at the White House and Military personnel knew of her credentials. She was not a lap-dancing secretary but a real professional and specialist in her field with class a #1 secret security clearance. The people who blew her cover are at the top, and they used Novakula to expose the criminal administration. I'm beginning to suspect that it was a military person throwing some red meat at Novakula since he was against the war. Pompous a$$hole Novakula prides himself in being part of the most highest inner circle in government. Take that to the bank Novakula. You were the main filtering agent against the Clintons and now you have been played like a violin.

Tis AM on C-Span Mr. Wilson would not address if wife was or was not CIA, as he has since July. Well shit my britches if he doesn't come right out and say she was an opperative right on CNN this evening? OOOOHHH baby, things are heating up Now!

12. Well, after ABC reported this afternoon...
...that national security HAD been impaired by her outing, maintaining "no comment" policy really wasn't much good...
