Yet another through the looking glass moment: I'm rooting for the CIA
The same CIA who was responsible for numerous operations meant to undermine the governments of sovereign nation throughout the Cold War. The same CIA who may have had a hand in the assassination of JFK.

And today, they're the good guys. I hope Tenet does everything in his power to unleash hell on this administration. Of course, we're relying on the Justice Department to deal with this, so I'm not getting my hopes up, but how screwed up is this world and this administration when I'm marveling at the integrity of the CIA.

If it were possible to be allergic to irony, I'd have overdosed by now.

4. In one way, the CIA is similar to Enron.
I mean it's a huge organization in which most of the people are just hard working and for the most part decent people. I don't mean to compare G. Tenet to Ken Lay, because I think GT is probably a decent guy, but most of the evil deeds done by his organization (as with Enron) were conceived and directed by a few "top dogs" and the grunt work of lots of their black ops were assisted by people who didn't have either any say-so or even detailed knowledge of what was going on.

6. Don't kid yourself -
I don't trust the CIA any more than I trust Bush. Grampa Prescott was practically one of the founders, and Poppy was a director.

I wish it were true, but I think this will blow over. Nothing to see, move on - you get the drift.

9. I hate to be a wet
I hate to be a wet blanket, but how many times now have we thought "They cannot escape this." Then sure enough the smoke from all those illegal polluters sets up a screen and Bush and the Faux channel and the faux government cruises right along. It is time to demand that Congress do something. How can Bush refuse a special prosecutor? He has no choice in the matter, except what Asscrass gives him. The Congress must be inundated daily from now until they act; it is our only chance.
