Yet, so far, I have not heard one single Democrat besides Charles Schumer speak out. This is serious.

The silence is deafening.

Where is Nancy Pelosi? Nancy, aren't you the Democratic leader in the House? After your predecessor stood shoulder to shoulder with the president in the Rose Garden congratulating him on his leadership, I had high hopes for you. Now, Dick's louder than you are.

John Edwards, you have been handed Karl Rove's head. Hoist that sucker high for all to see, why don't you? You're on the Senate Committee for the Judiciary and you have ties to a lot of powerful attorneys. You'll never have an opportunity like this in his life. John, speak up! They're calling you the Breck girl, for cryin' out loud. Go offensive. It's your fifteen minutes, starting now.

I am pissed! I want you guys breaking down doors and kicking over chairs. After letting yourselves get kicked around for ten years, I should think you would be at least as angry as your constituents are.

I'm a lifelong Democrat. I've worked on your campaigns. I've contributed small amounts of cash. Most of all, I have voted for you. I am the average American you all claim to represent.

Don't let me down again. Not this time. Not now.
