Robert NoFacts Should Be Declared an Enemy Combatant

Mr. NoFacts published an article in which he gratuitously named a CIA operative (and yes, dammit, she was an operative because otherwise there would be no investigation).

This operative was involved in keeping WMD from terrorists. If Mr. NoFacts had been named Abdul instead of Robert, he would be in Gitmo now. He would be in a cage, deprived of sleep and food and would be questioned 24 hours a day 7 days a week until he cracked and told who called him with this information. Those who leaked it would then have been picked up and taken to Gitmo.

Mr. NoFacts should be summarily picked up and hauled off to Gitmo and questioned until he rats out his source and then the sources should be hauled off.

No Trial.

No Bail.

No Lawyer.

No communications with anyone.

If the fricking Patriot Act is good for foreign enemy combatants it should also be good for treasonous Right Wing domestic Enemy Combatants.

1. Homeland Security should ask for arrest.

By exposing the identity of a CIA resource our tracking of WMD has been comprimised. Terrorists around he world may try and use this breach to facilitate the movement of dangerous substances.
Robert Novak ,and others, have aided the enemy.
