Jay Rockefeller..Making Link between Wilson "outing" / Faulty Intelligence
Edited on Tue Sep-30-03 03:38 PM by KoKo01
He's saying this could have been a "coordinated effort" by someone in the Administration to crush information frm the Intelligence Community." He said "A threat of Punishment!"

This is BIG.......this is where they are going. Saying Congress can't conduct it's "Oversight Abililities if this is allowed to happen!"

He says that "when investigation leads into the WH then a Special Investigation is required by law/regulations"

Rockefeller is Ranking Member (D) of the Senate Intelligence Committee......and he's "saying he has worked with CIA employees all over the world and this kind allegation....has done these people a grave and lasting injustice!"....

I got the feeling he was suggesting that if Wilson was intimidated.....then how many others in CIA had been intimidated leading to their changing their intelligence reports!

)Blackmail, Threats.......could this have been going on with others?)
