One of the first and most effective treatment centers has a good record of keeping the names of rich and famous peoplequite who came through it's doors.
I knew several workers there and they were held to a high level of belief in the Hazelden System and held the confidentiality in highest regards for their clients and in doing, and keeping, their jobs. That was in the mid-90's and I doubt has changed much. The only way I knew who was at the center was when people saw the clients in transit.

"What is said in the group, stays in the group" I think this is entirely appropriate. Additionally it is very likely as someone posted earlier that Rush was given very high levels of privacy assurances.
