Americans, think, this could of been your city, this could of been a catastrophic event and our government will not respond to help you and yours. Don't think it can happen to you? 4. They have decimated FEMA so they could CONTRACT OUT

the work. It is as simple as that. FEMA refused to allow help in from Florida, Chicago and many other places because they were waiting until they could get the contracts signed with Halliburton and others.
