If it was "incompetence", why no accountability?
Just like after 9-11.

Cheney will be pleased with the cover up and reward Chertoff, Brown, and all the neo-con operatives in the media and government who helped usher in Martial Law, the suspension of Posse Comitatus and the the needless deaths of thousands upon thousands of American citizens.

Sickening.

1. It was genocide whether through incompetence or lack of caring
doesn't matter. The fact is they didn't do anything and even hindered what could have been a preventable tragedy to life, not property but life.
