neither one them is an action hero and DiFi isn't hated as much as Davis

I'd heard about Miller, but not about Kelsey.

3. Yes, "they" are planning on running Miller against Boxer.
They wouldn't against DiFi because she is one of them on the other side of the aisle but leaning towards them nonetheless.
