Rush and I are the same age. The SOB; the chicken shit; the ultimate blowhard. He has destroyed the dialogue in this country. I don't hate many. Maybe none other. But I hate this fraud, this small man, this contemptuous traitor to my generation, this uneducated knucklehead, and most of all, this coward, who will never appear anywhere at any time where he might be challenged.
