Is the Louisiana statehouse too republican to pass a LAW

regarding the hiring of "out-of-area" workers? It seems top me that Blanco should call a special session if necessary and demand that Louisiana workers get first choice of jobs and be provided the free lodging that's being given to the foreign workers..

there should be massive job fairs going on right now, and there should be no shortage of workers..

Can the state legislature get around the suspension of the Davis Bacon , by mandating their own emergency "minimum wage" boost ..
Even if it did not work. it would be a good idea to at least attempt to do this..
