TWO YEARS of Investigation.

The Crime: No one is sure, but it STARTED with the OUTING of a COVERT CIA AGENT. This is IN FACT a crime, under TITLE 50 of the U.S. Code of Law. (check)

If you doubt she was COVERT, then GO ASK THE CIA. They ALREADY CONFIRMED THAT SHE WAS. (check)

If you doubt that the administration LEAKED HER IDENTITY, ASK the REPORTERS WHO TESTIFIED THAT THEY GOT IT STRAIGHT FROM LIBBY AND ROVE. (check)

So, somewhere BETWEEN the CIA and Rove/Libby, the information that Valerie Plame was a CIA agent was communicated.

Let's ASSUME that NO ONE ELSE was involved. Furthermore, let's assume that Libby was in direct contact with the CIA. The CIA would never disclose such information unless it was requested, and if they did, THEY SURE AS HELL WOULD INFORM LIBBY THAT SHE WAS COVERT AND THAT THE INFORMATION WAS SECRET. This means Libby would have to have known, when he leaked it, that she was a COVERT AGENT. (check)

Now, we know that Rove, Libby and Cheney have all lied and tried to cover this up in the MIDST of the investigation. (check, check, check and MATE).

Do you still believe AFTER A TWO YEAR INVESTIGATION and with this information that a GRAND JURY would not INDICT? PUHLEASE!

6. It looks like Fitzgerald is playing plea bargain with Rove.

He'll get a small charge if he plays ball -- big charges if he doesn't. Prediction: No way Rove will cop to anything; therefore, big charges. He was probably indicted on giving false information today -- Friday, after turning down a deal, he'll get hit with perjury, obstruction, leaking, the whole ballgame.

when he said he didn't know Wilson. Wilson was Ambassador to Iraq when Bush I made war with Iraq. If Cheney didn't know Wilson then, Cheney was running around with a bushel basket over his head.

When information from the CIA like Plame's name is requested, there has to be a reason recorded and the name of the person who requested it because her name would only be given out on a need to know basis.

Because of the need to know rule, Fitz probably knew a long time ago who requested her name. Tenet didn't just "tell Cheney".
