Is the power still out in Boyton Beach, FL?

Sorry, but I'm getting a bit worried because I haven't heard from a friend who lives there. Whenever I try to phone, I get that fast busy signal.

Can anyone tell me if the damage was bad in that area?

1. I have heard that they aren't expecting power there for weeks

That at least is the rumor I have heard from family in that area. I've been able to reach them via cell phones. They reported bad wind but no major damage in their own little condo complex. The haven't had to venture out yet as they were well stocked.

2. I am in Miami. Been watching news tonight. This state got pummeled.

And it may jus be that circuits are busy... everyone piling onto too few lines. Try off hours. Maybe send an email which is sometimes proving to be more dependable than phone comm.
