"presidents" main guy drives himself and the lesser, 2nd in command supposed "vice-president" main guy has a driver....??

4. Don't hold me to this but read somewhere that Scooter is so
close to Cheney they ride into work together most days. Maybe Cheney's driver picks up Scooter and then swings by for Darth Vader. Apparently those two are so joined at the hip and their amoral souls they can't stand to be apart.

You can buy one for $50k new and they depreciate very hard used.
