4. Don't hold me to this but read somewhere that Scooter is so

close to Cheney they ride into work together most days. Maybe Cheney's driver picks up Scooter and then swings by for Darth Vader. Apparently those two are so joined at the hip and their amoral souls they can't stand to be apart.

How can Rove afford a Jag on only what, a $170k a year salary? That car must be worth about a years salary for him.
