all you get are wolves in sheeps clothing....basically new Zell Millers.

the rats are deserting a sinking ship and going to a "safe" ship.
They're still rats.

wish we had a viable third party. sigh.

2. Excuse me? Zell Miller "Democrats" are more Republican than NE moderates
Someone who is socially liberal and fiscally responsible is MUCH more in line with the Democratic platform than an old dinosaur like Zell Miller.

3. one of those rats is my husband and the way he lived life was
always more dem than repug, and more dem than a lot of dems. this just helped him to be able to walk away from a lifetime party, forever

dont figure you have it all figured when dealing with people, you may be pleasantly surprised

Check it out and see where it gets ya, not far I bet. Be a Democrat if you really want change. Work within your party - if this is your party.

7. Well I walked off from the GOP or it walked from me.
I was having a bad time with the party and when RR ran I just signed up as a Dem.

10. I did the same thing...
But it was the thought of 4 more years of Chimpy McFlightsuit...I'd always been more of a Libertarian than a Republican then one day I realized that being green, pro-choice, against drug laws and a fiscal moderate made me more of a Democrat than anything. Now I'm a fiscal leftie, primarily because we need a good near-commie to undo all the $ damage that the MBA Presidunce did, a moderate isn't going to get it done.
