Looks to me like Fitz knows it's Cheney.
If, as Fitz says, Cheney told Libby about Valerie Plame and then Libby lied to the grand jury about how he found about it, saying that he got it from a reporter. Well, if that’s the case, the vice president knew that Libby was lying. And Cheney will have to testify at trial, under oath.

It looks like Cheney may have lied to Fitz, too. If Fitz knows that Cheney told Scooter about Valerie Wilson, and then Scooter told the FBI that he found out about her through reporters -- Old Dickster knew that Libby was lying. What did he tell Fitzgerald in his interview? There's a lot hanging out here.

1. I think so, too.
And I think Fitz's righteous anger about Plame being outed is the best guarantee that he'll pursue this as far as possible.

He doesn't have to be partisan to be on our side in this.

2. That's my take too
Libby's trial is gonna get damn interesting, methinks. Cheney won't be able to say (like last time), "you can interview me, but not under oath".

And once he's under oath Fitzy and his crew can ask all kinds of interesting questions.

5. Isnt he always under oath(of office)?
If I was starting an interview with somebody and they told me "only if I am not under oath", I would think they are planning to LIE anyway.

3. It's been a long time since I last heard someone "take the
fifth". I think it was the radio coverage of the mccarthy hearings.
