Is Dept of Peace and Total disarmament possible?

How many million of Americans are in the military or civilian work related to arms/bio-chem. Could we really disarm?

2. Will somebody could make a dept. of peace, but total disarmament

is pretty much a pipe dream.

4. Actually winning the war on terrorism is a pipe dream

there are not enought bombs in the world, not enough money in our Treasury to continue on the path to world domination. We will win this just like the war on drugs.

3. We could certainly start to redirect the billions that we spend

into researching, developing and producing things that would benefit society rather then destroy it.
