2. I think they are trying to soften the rhetoric.

I bet they think the christo-facist-zombie brigade and the neocon tide has been halted and is receding back to the center. If they soften the left wing message it will heal the country toward the middle. They can also make more ad money.

3. Morning Sedition isn't on the chopping block, but Marc Maron is...

...his contract is up come Dec 1st, but there's a few online campaigns to get AAR mgmt to re-up his contract. Here's a petition:
