Essentially they were proclaiming that the "Bush/Clinton oligarchy" plan started many years ago, where Poppy laid out the ground work for the future.

Here's how it goes, Poppy set up Bill, by throwing Perot into the mix. Bill's troubles in his second term, led to * being elected. Now we have *, he is tanking big time, all for you know who.... Hillary. And guess who's going to be the saviour of Hillary, JEB.
