On the Effectiveness of Aluminium Foil Helmets: An Empirical Study
Edited on Thu Nov-10-05 06:38 PM by flowomo
must read for all DUer's:

http://people.csail.mit.edu/rahimi/helmet/

abstract: Among a fringe community of paranoids, aluminum helmets serve as the protective measure of choice against invasive radio signals. We investigate the efficacy of three aluminum helmet designs on a sample group of four individuals. Using a $250,000 network analyser, we find that although on average all helmets attenuate invasive radio frequencies in either directions (either emanating from an outside source, or emanating from the cranium of the subject), certain frequencies are in fact greatly amplified. These amplified frequencies coincide with radio bands reserved for government use according to the Federal Communication Commission (FCC). Statistical evidence suggests the use of helmets may in fact enhance the government's invasive abilities. We theorize that the government may in fact have started the helmet craze for this reason.

4. OK new theory
The government WANTS US TO WEAR ALUMINUM FOIL HATS!

All of the conspiracies are just red-herrings to make us wear foil headwear - which actually AMPLIFIES the mind control signals!

:tinfoilhat:

"It requires no stretch of the imagination to conclude that the current helmet craze is likely to have been propagated by the Government, possibly with the involvement of the FCC. We hope this report will encourage the paranoid community to develop improved helmet designs to avoid falling prey to these shortcomings."

I've been saying it all along, but no one listened. Oh, no.

Some even laughed, yes they did

Well, they're not laughing now, are they?

Are they?

6. Really funny!
<snip>

Conclusion:
The helmets amplify frequency bands that coincide with those allocated to the US government between 1.2 Ghz and 1.4 Ghz. According to the FCC, These bands are supposedly reserved for ''radio location'' (ie, GPS), and other communications with satellites (see, for example, <3>). The 2.6 Ghz band coincides with mobile phone technology. Though not affiliated by government, these bands are at the hands of multinational corporations.

It requires no stretch of the imagination to conclude that the current helmet craze is likely to have been propagated by the Government, possibly with the involvement of the FCC. We hope this report will encourage the paranoid community to develop improved helmet designs to avoid falling prey to these shortcomings.

16. reminds me: on another political board, when I warned of neocon influence
in the current administration, years ago, they accused me of wearing a tinfoil hat, and they posted a picture from "Signs" where Mel Gibson is sitting with the two children wearing tinfoil hats.

I responded "Interesting choice. Those kids were wearing tinfoil hats because they felt their house was being invaded by aliens. Turns out, their house was being invaded by aliens. Also turns out, neocons have undue influence in this administration."

27. rofl --

I've not actually been to the 9/11 forum and I don't cotton to posts that are wild speculation (uneducated guesses) or to posts that are purposefully incendiary -- meant to panic people or to get them to believe something based on emotion alone. Still, I think it is important to have 'safe spaces' in which it is okay to say what you think, even if it is far out.

I'm living this in terms of the theft of Election 2004 - I've read reams of material and done my best to sort wheat from chaff and believe that it was stolen (on what scale I am not certain) - but I am still dismissed by people who I think should be at least keeping an open mind.

twin towers.

He feels that the explosives hypothesis is suggested by the available
data and the official story does no add up.

But it failed to get recs from there. Because everyone spends all their time in GD/GDP/Lounge, probably because they haven't figured out how to use "my forums" to give them easy links to topics of their particular interests.

25. Yup. A good approximation of a parabolic reflector
for ground-bounce signals. Note that the wavelength of 1.2 GHz radiation is roughly 8 inches,
very close to the diameter of your typical Al hat.
The only real solution would be a Faraday cage.
Need I say... :tinfoilhat:
