Cell Phone Bandit robs four Virginia banks
This is the cutest bank robber I have ever seen. :wow:

WASHINGTON - When it comes to multitasking, it's hard to beat the woman who can rob a bank and never interrupt her cell phone conversation.

In an act of either incredible cool or something much more sinister, a young woman has robbed four Wachovia bank branches in Northern Virginia in recent weeks, all while seemingly immersed in cell phone chats, police say. In the most recent holdup, on Nov. 4 in Ashburn, video footage shows the woman to be almost uninterested as a teller hands her a stack of cash, and she continues talking on her phone as she turns and walks out of the bank.

1. I wouldn't take her seriously...
I'd probably start laughing and say "Girl you're a trip". I wonder if she'd get off of the phone. I actually never go up to the teller line until someone gets off the phone. Transactions can get very confusing when you try to process something and you can't talk to the customer. They often forget what happened. Come back and accuse you of shorting them. She has a very recognizable face. Unless she's already fled across the boarder I don't see her getting away.

6. The last robbery she had a gun...
That sounds pretty serious to me.

She'll probably get caught soon since her picture's been all over the place....hopefully she won't use the gun.

7. Ok, well a gun is serious enough.
They tell us not to question the notes. Just give them what they ask for. She's stupid to use a gun because it adds more time if they catch her.

3. In No. VA, we all multi task. This makes perfect sense. We're uber tech.
I'm actually sort of impressed. I think she deserves a scholarship to George Mason University.

4. Did you see the video?
She was smooth. She did looked behind her a few times to make sure no one would come up behind her. That was just bold imo. :hi:

5. haha...I want to meet her...I wish I'd had her at my precinct on 11/08
She could have talked on the phone, handed out sample ballots, and kept an eye on the polling place all at the same time. "Cell Bandit", if you're reading this, call autorank immediately;)

:hi:
