Richard Clarke says of his report findinging no link between al Qaeda and Saddam Hussein: "We sent it up to the president and it got bounced by the national security adviser or deputy. It got bounced and sent back saying 'Wrong answer.'"

I think the whole Bush presidency can be summed up in that phrase: Wrong answer.
