Limbaugh minimizing Duke Cunningham's crimes....
He asks if any of his dittoheads remember William Jefferson? Or Robert Torricelli? But I don't recall any of these guys admitting guilt and crying for forgiveness?? If they did something criminal, don't we have a Republican Justice Dept? Are they not doing their job? If the Democrats have committed crimes, then investigate and prosecute. Or shut the hell up!

8. $2.4M??? Chump change!
Mr. Dukestir simply isn't even in the *same league* as Mr. Big Dick, Poppy, and Rumfilled. Getting caught is for the little guys-- the pros in the admin are above these antiquated little things called *laws*.

15. In fairness, he didn't embezzle it. He took it in bribes, to sell out his
constituents for his personal financial gain.

3. Well, think of the crimes that Fatso has committed
and spent the last several years trying to rationalize away. He's an experienced personal responsibility dodger who's just trying to share the wealth.

5. Bingo. Limbaugh is a drug user hanging under threat of indictment.
Maybe Ru$hbo and the Duke could share a cell together in the Big House.

4. Limbaugh believes that it is OK to be an INDICTABLE CRIMINAL......
as long as you are 'conservative' and a member of the republican party.

16. Duke isn't "indictable", he's pled guilty, resigned, and going to jail.

6. War profiteering isn't so bad, says Rush
Who cares if old Duke chiseled the Defense Department so he could get a bigger, nicer house? I mean, it's not like we're at war or anything. You know, where people could die because of defense contractor corruption. Certainly nothing nearly as serious as an extramarital affair!

9. Well, crooks always minimize crimes, not only theirs but
those of others. What I was struck with was the apology. It sort of reminded me of Jimmy Swaggart, when he was caught with a hooker. The right wing is full of corruption and decadence and they think an apology when caught is going to make it all good and they will be forgiven.

Well, I'm for bringing justice and then incarceration to these clowns as well as instant poverty by siezing their estates and paying back national debt with the money, or replacing what was stolen from the Social Security fund.

acceptable conduct?

Interesting.

13. It's a lame variation on
the "Clinton's Penis Defense". When caught just shout out 'What about Clinton's Penis?'.

18. Rush is not a Republican.....He's a conservative Independent
...Who ALWAYS sides with republicans.
To the point that his broadcasts seem ghost written by Mehlman and Rove.
Or maybe the other way around, I can't tell anymore in this echo chamber.
What a GOP liar
