Still gets life in prison just no death penalty. Would have been 1,00th since SC ruled in the 70's.

3. I can't see how he would NOT overturn Tookie's Death Penalty

It's not like he'll be back out on the streets and in the gang. And from what I've read & heard he's done plenty to help fight against the gangs and steer children from getting involved. Tookie Williams has an important voice that must be heard. He is the voice of gangs and why these groups are wrong. I hope that Arnold does one good thing as governor
