Important info on Alito's record!

This is earth-shaking and very disturbing. C-SPAN had Mr. Henderson on this morning talking about the research he and his staff (Knight-Ridder) did on all 311 ruling that Alito has made... and it was, honestly, shocking and upsetting. Here is how it sifted out.

Out of all the race discriminations brought forth by African-Americans, ALL of Alito's rulings came out against the African-Americans. ALL of them.

Out of all the immigrants appealing against deportation, of those who said that they would be forced to get abortions in their home countries, Alito ruled in favor. Of those who said that they would be tortured or killed, Alito ruled against.

In the case of the strip search of the mother and ten-year old girl, they were not on the search warrant, but Alito ruled that it was OK to strip search them anyway.
VERY SCARY.

This guy is an extreme rightwing ideologue, who doesn't believe in privacy or individual rights for non-whites.

He really sullies and scorches the name of "conservative."

"REACTIONARY PIG!" Nothing anyone could tell me about that bigot could possibly shock me.

He'll probably get confirmed, too. The DLC has no spine and doesn't care about the marjority in this country that are female, black, Hispanic, working class, or poor.

I saw Henderson this morning and was astounded at what he reported! FILIBUSTER ALITO! He's definitely a RW ideologue.
