1. Ok,

The theodicy that would apply to your argument is that God gives humans free will.
If humans are to truly love God it must be because they CHOOSE to do so. The argument is that there is no satisfaction for God to create "robots" who worship because they can do nothing else.

So, if humans have free will they may choose to do good and to love God, or they may choose evil.
If God is as usually defined, omniscient, then he would know that Eve would choose to disobey. That is not to say that God CAUSED the sin. God gives free will, knows what humans will do but does not determine what will be done.

I consider myself an agnostic bordering on atheism. I have strong doubts of God's existence but I believe we can never know if God is a real being/thing/entity.

I can't speak to the origin of Lucifer.

2. Yes,
I understand exactly what you are saying. However, your missing a major point. I am a very Strong believer in Determinism (look up of you don't know). My point is that everything that has happened can be traced back to a specific cause, therefore, eliminating the fact that we actually have free will. To give you an idea of what I mean. Yea, YOU have the choice to love God. However, your current decision to be agnostic/ bordering atheist is not your decision. I am positive that there have been many reasons why thats your current view. If you look back and study why you believe what you do the roots of your belief can be traced back to before you were even around. A series of events outside of your control led to you being a agnostic. Same thing could apply to why you do anything in your life. A child growing up in the Amazon jungle who doesn't have access to "western civilization" will not be able to make the decision to love God. And if someday he does commit his life to God you will be able to go back and see how he was subconsciously conditioned to do so.

I have the exact same religious stance as you. My theory is simply a theory challenging those who believe the first 3 things I listed in the blog.
