He is a president not a king...so can we as individuals bring charges
against the chimp for breaking laws?

sounds kinda hokey on the front of it..but I'm thinking a class action suit.

Do you know if you've been spied on? Are you sure?

I have been damaged by this retarded boy who thinks he is king in so many ways and I want restitution.

1. Citizens arrest;
But remember that even if convicted of treason the Supreme Court ruled that a mentally retarded person cannot be executed (unless that person resides in Texas) :rofl:

3. Lets see if there is any merit to this idea!
If thousands of us brought individual lawsuits against the ____________; it sure would be interesting.

4. No, because we kept the Monarchial doctrine of Sovereign Immunity
Sovereign Immunity is based on the principle of "The King can do wrong."

In the United States "The State or the Head of State can do no wrong."

Nice concept, huh?

That's why a President has to be impeached first.

8. I know there was a guy in a suit taking pictures of me and the
other protestors on campus a few weeks ago. The cops said "he's with us" when I asked. So I imagine there could be some spying going on, at least on the organizers of the protest.
