I attempted to upload a copy of the cartoon, but photobucket was down for scheduled maintenance.

On Edit: In regards to the cartoon, if the NSA was sure that an Al Qaeda cell was active in Brooklyn, how hard would it have been for, oh, say, FISA, to have granted them a warrant?
