This is just one paragraph but you can get the gist

Sanctions on Iraq have been lifted:
The US and Britain now have extraordinary power to run the country and use it's lucrative oil industry. Money from the oil industry will be used to rebuild Iraq. American products and services will be used to rebuild. Please see attached reprint from the US Embasy Web site discussing free trade in the Middle East. Please visit our web site for a free copy of The Iraq Business Guide, Published by the US Dept of Commerce.
Sincerely,

Michael A. Ruccolo

2. A little more detail
It was sent to me by a company called the Middle East Register
http://www.Middleeastregister.com
It is soliciting businesses to be part of the rebuilding effort in Iraq. I own a wholesale firm so that is why I received this letter. It just is an example of how the Americans are "War Profiteering" in and around Iraq. I'm sure there are many companies around the world that could do what is necessary to rebuild Iraq but they will never get an opportunity. I think Americans should be ashamed of themselves.
