Novakula spanks the Bush administration! Says they're too arrogant
that's the vampire calling the ghoul vulgar, if you ask me. can you say hubris?

http://www.suntimes.com/output/novak/cst-edt-novak28.html

<snip>

The complaints, taken in isolation, might seem petty. Telephone calls from the Hill are not returned by the White House. Congressional appointments with senior officials are difficult to make and sometimes broken. Senior lawmakers are admonished by junior White House aides to refrain from being too chummy with Democrats

<snip>

With the quiet days of August preceding the early start of the presidential campaign, this might be a good time for the president's team to engage in a little self-analysis and even self-criticism. On the contrary, indications from the White House suggest that last week's defeats were considered relatively unimportant and of no great concern. Arrogance is a difficult trait to correct.

5. LOL
I'd forgotten about NoFact's pasties...thanks for the morning
laugh.

When conservatives only comment on arrogance when fellow
Republicans decide to buck the White House agenda is
arrogance itself.

I bet NoFact's phone calls are returned right away
on the red phone.

4. I wonder if the WH
is smart enough to understand that there is a revolt (albeit minor) going on within the party's congressional delegations?

6. Novak's ticked because he carried their water
by burning an agent to intimidate CIA whistleblowers and now they won't return his calls. What does he think makes HIM special? Arrogance is a prereq in the GOP.

8. WH is too busy contacting lawyers and pointing fingers to
keep themselves out of jail...

after last weeks spectacle...the whole WH must be in tourmoil....

of course they're not returning phone calls...they are on the phone to prosecutors, cuttin a deal...and jumping ship...and figuring out if they can stick it to someone else...it must be an incredible scene in bush* WH...stuff has started to 'leak' badly too....it's ready to explode....

stay tuned for the mini-drama-of-life in DC...

the Wall Street Journal called these BIG scandals...the "seamless merging of TWO major intelligence failures: 9/11 and justification for the Iraq war"......it's all swirling aroung the WH, into one big perfect storm....
