I would also like to point out that the whole issue...about Dem's anger...is making me even angrier. It's a tactic the Republicans are using to try to defuse us, and I refuse to let myself be dictated to by them.
When Bush stole the election in 2000, they accused us of being sore losers, and preached that we must simply "move on." We did so badly in the 2002 elections, because our candidates were too intimidated by Dubya to fight back. Very often, they portrayed themselves as being worthy of the vote because they voted WITH him on many issues.
After the dust settled, they started listening to us when we told them that we were tired of pink tu-tu Dems, tired of being cowed by the Repugs, tired of being pushed around. Now we have finally started to fight back, and the opposition is trying to stop us by making us buy into the premise that anger is bad, and hating Bush is worse.
Sorry, but I'm angry, sickened by what the moron has done to our country and the world, and refuse to sit down and keep my mouth shut, and play all nicey with them. Remember, they want us to be meek and stay intimidated; they do not want us to channel our anger into winning the election in 2004. Don't play by their rules.
